DARK MEDIUM ROAST (FC+)

100% Arabica coffee from Brazil. This is a direct trade coffee from a single small farmer. It is roasted to just before second crack, which creates a very smooth cup, but doesn’t get oily and bitter (in your grinder) with age, as second crack coffee is prone to.

It's a super low acidity coffee with cup notes of dark chocolate, nuts and faint cherry finish from the natural process. Really a classic fine coffee.

It is historically, and still is, our best selling coffee when we have it in stock.

We ship within 5 business days (barring holidays). Each order has to be scheduled for roasting once ordered. We keep no coffee pre-roasted for orders, so you get the freshest coffee possible.
