This months roast is a 100% Arabica coffee from 2 Brazil Farms. It is direct trade coffee with two small farmers. It's a low acidity blend of two single origin coffees. One of the coffees is Pico Aguda Estate coffee done with a Honey processes. The other is a natural process Brazil.
